1. Who we are

Proven Drops ("we") sells digital "drops" through this website. Payment, delivery of files, sales tax/VAT and receipts are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction. Contact: hello@provendrops.com.

2. What a drop is

A drop is a digital package containing: 3–5 design files (transparent PNG), an evidence report about one print-on-demand niche, a trademark screen of the key phrases, and a listing kit. The contents of each drop are shown on its card before purchase. Each drop is sold either as an exclusive edition (one buyer) or as a limited edition (a fixed maximum number of buyers, shown on the card, never more than 10).

3. Exclusive and limited editions

Exclusive edition: the drop is sold to one buyer only. After it is sold, we will not sell, license, give away or reuse its design files, and we mark it as sold on this website. Limited edition: the drop is sold to at most the number of buyers shown on its card (never more than 10); after that it is marked sold out and never sold again. The design files of a limited edition are never part of an exclusive drop, and the design files of an exclusive drop are never part of a limited edition. We keep a fingerprint (hash) of each design file to prove this. The evidence and keywords describe public market data, which others may find independently; exclusivity applies to the design files.

4. Your licence

With your purchase you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the designs in a drop – exclusive for an exclusive edition, shared with at most the stated number of other buyers for a limited edition – on products you sell (for example via Etsy, Printify, Printful, Shopify, Amazon Merch on Demand, Redbubble), to modify them, and to use them in your listings and marketing. You may not resell or give away the design files themselves (for example as a design bundle or template), and you may not claim them as a trademark that would stop others from using common words or phrases.

5. AI disclosure

Designs are created with AI image tools and then checked and finished by hand. Some marketplaces require you to disclose AI use in your listings. Following your marketplace's rules is your responsibility.

6. No guarantee of sales

A drop contains evidence of demand gathered at the research date shown in the report. It does not guarantee sales, rankings, approval by any marketplace or any income. Results depend on your shop, listings, prices, timing and the marketplace.

7. Trademark check

We check every word on the designs and in the listing kit against the US trademark register (live registered and pending marks, for clothing and the other product types print-on-demand sellers commonly use), replace any phrase with a doubtful match, avoid brands, characters, celebrities, film quotes and sports teams, and check again on the day a drop goes on sale. The record numbers are listed in the report. This is a careful check, not legal advice; it does not cover every country or every type of right, and we do not promise that a marketplace will never act on a listing.

8. Delivery

Files are delivered immediately after payment by Gumroad (download link on screen and by email).

9. Refunds

You can get a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase under our 30-day money-back guarantee. After a refund your licence to the designs ends. An exclusive drop is then retired (never sold again); a limited edition keeps its stated maximum number of buyers. This is in addition to any mandatory rights under the law of your country.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a drop is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the country where they live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
