30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a drop for any reason, email hello@provendrops.com within 30 days of your purchase and you'll get a full refund of the drop price. You don't need to give a reason, and there's no form to fill in. Please include your Gumroad receipt (or the email address you bought with) so we can find the order. We reply within 1–2 business days. Refunds are paid back through Gumroad to your original payment method.

What happens after a refund

• Your licence to use the drop's designs ends on the day of the refund. Please delete the files and take down any listings that use the designs.
• Exclusive edition: the drop is retired – it is never sold to anyone else, so the "one buyer only" promise stays true.
• Limited edition: the edition keeps its stated maximum number of buyers (never more than 10); a refund does not open an extra place.

Trademarks

Every word on the designs and in the listing kit is checked against the US trademark register before a drop goes on sale, and again on the day it is listed. The checks are described in the drop's report. This is a careful check, not legal advice, and no one can promise that a marketplace will never act on a listing. If you are not happy with a drop for this or any other reason within 30 days, the money-back guarantee above applies.

Files that don't work

If a file is missing, damaged or doesn't match the drop's description, tell us and we'll fix or replace it. If we can't, you get a full refund, also after the 30 days.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Free drop

The free sample drop costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. Its designs are for testing and may also be given to other people; only paid drops are exclusive.
